The shipping carrier for International orders is determined by printing facility and varies for each country. Remember we CAN NOT Ship to a PO BOX Address.
Pricing shown is the Author Purchase Price. If you are purchasing 75 books or more please use our Author Order Form. An invoice will be sent to you with the proper Author Wholesale Price and shipping costs.
